What IT controls: Every building block.

IT defines the data sources, components and actions the AI may use. B1 composes apps from that approved catalog instead of generating arbitrary application code. Each item below separates framework evidence from what the pilot still has to prove.

What is the AI allowed to use?

IT curates the catalog of data sources, UI components and actions available to the AI. Apps are structured blueprints interpreted by a shared renderer, so unsupported references fail instead of becoming arbitrary application code. The approved catalog is configured per environment.

Which identity and data permissions apply?

The product contract is that creating an app grants no new access. The framework provides pluggable authentication and an OpenFGA-based ReBAC pattern. In a pilot, we connect your identity provider and map permissions to the relevant data and actions; your SSO, MFA and authorization model are customer-specific.

How are actions, changes and ownership audited?

App definitions can be versioned as JSON in Git, making changes reviewable and reversible. The framework provides authentication, audit hooks and CI patterns, but the exact tests, policy gates, event trail and retention rules depend on your environment. The pilot defines and checks that scope.

What happens when a building block or app changes?

The component catalog and renderer ship together, so runtime improvements reach every app using them. App versioning, ownership transfer, update rollout and retirement for employee-built apps are specified in the product definition, but are not yet generally available.
